Celebrate FREEDOM SEASON: Memorial Day - July 4th. 

Freedom Season has its origins, quite fittingly, in Liberty Hill, Texas. In 2006, it began as a community-wide celebration culminating in the American Family Reunion from July 1-4. While starting relatively small, it carried a much larger vision to see We the People coming together annually for city, county, state and national celebrations of our origins, our history and our liberty. 

But after two years, it seemed that the timing was not quite right for FREEDOM SEASON to go mainstream. The vision was laid aside for a later time.

Fast forward to 2025, and it's time to celebrate! As a nation, we have been through a lot over the past several years, Our families and our communities have suffered deep losses. Uncertainty about the economy and division over social issues have taken their toll. We are now in a place where the tide is turning, and a great hope is rising in the hearts of We the People, that we will see our longing to return to God's original intent for our nation be fulfilled. We have much to celebrate!

As we approach America's 250th birthday in 2026, President Trump has announced a grand national celebration called Salute to America 250. We were struck by the strong similarities between Salute America 250 and the original vision for FREEDOM SEASON and The American Family Reunion. Here is President Trump's announcement.

As a dress rehearsal for next year's Salute America 250 celebration, We the People are declaring FREEDOM SEASON to be celebrated this year from Memorial Day through July 4, culminating in The American Family Reunion July 1-4.
